The farm construction process is a time-consuming process that needs a manager to ensure that all stages and its contractors work according to schedule and that everything is completed on schedule. The final success of building a farm consists of many factors and parties involved, such as: the investor and his team, the owner of the land, the developer, public administration, DSO, advisors, lawyers, contractors and subcontractors. The Project Manager supervises the efficient flow of information and the fulfillment of each party’s tasks.

Some of the PM’s tasks are:
  • implementation of the project in the allotted time and budget,
  • monitoring progress, work results and key aspects of the project in a measurable way and reporting them to the Investor,
  • proposing corrective actions to improve project implementation using modern methods and tools,
  • creating comprehensive design documentation,
  • maintaining good relations with all parties involved in the project,
  • effective project team management,
  • taking care of the quality of the tasks performed.

Project management is also the ability to set a red flag and withdraw from the investment at the right moment to minimize losses.
