We conduct the development process of small and large wind farm and photovoltaic projects from the moment of finding a location, through obtaining appropriate administrative permits, to obtaining a valid building permit, construction and connection to the grid.
As part of the process, we offer the following stages:

- Environmental, planning and social conditions,
- Access to the power line,
- Spatial and economic analysis,
- Securing real estate (lease/sale agreement);
- Administrative Permits:

- Decision on environmental conditions,
- Development Conditions or the process of amending the Study and/or Local Development Plan,
- Connection Terms and Grid Connection Agreement,
- Construction project,
- Building permit,
- Other necessary permits and decisions required by law,
- Supervision over the efficient flow of information, contacts with the parties;
- Commissioning of the power plant.
As energoZysk, we help investors go through the entire process, from the stage of acquiring land, to the moment the project is taken over by the construction manager, and after construction, we support at the stage of commissioning the power plant. We release the Investor from dealing with all applications, documents, attachments and studies that are necessary during the development process.
If there is such a will, we also set up a SPV that assumes all obligations, rights and obligations.
